GOV. OBOREVWORI APPOINTS 6 SPECIAL ADVISERS

Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State has approved the appointment six Special Advisers. According to a statement made available to the journalists on Tuesday, the newly appointed Special Advisers are: 1. Ramson Ikweki 2. Dimaro Progress 3. Chief Barry Gbe 4. Barr. George Orogun 5. Chucks Nicholas Ojei 6. Chief Azagba A. Jeffery The Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Dr Kingsley Emu, who signed the statement said the inauguration of the Special Advisers will be announced in due course.

DELTA STATE: EKEMEJERO OHWOVORIOLE SAN, NOMINATED ATTORNEY GENERAL, COMMISSIONER FOR JUSTICE

Delta State governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has forwarded the name of Commissioner - designate for the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General, to the State House of Assembly for confirmation. The governor forwarded the name to the Speaker of the State of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor, on Tuesday. Governor Oborevwori appointed Mr. Ekemejero Ohwovoriole, SAN, as the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice. Ekemejero of the popular legal Ohwovoriole family of Olomu Kingdom hails from Ughelli South Local Government. The Senior Advocate of Nigeria was among the lawyers that successfully prosecuted the legal suits challenging the election of Governor Oborevwori. Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has felicitated elder statesman and former Minister of Police Affairs, Alaowei Broderick Bozimo as he clocks 85 years.
