Oyo state Head of Service, Mrs Olubunmi Oni, mni., has commended Governor Seyi Makinde for approving the payment of 100 Percent Gratuity to all retired Heads of Local Government Administration in the State. Mrs Oni stated this while celebrating the retired Heads of Local Government Administration in the state, held at the International Conference Centre, University of Ibadan. According to her, "I will like to appreciate the unparalleled gesture of Governor Seyi Makinde in approving payment of 100 percent gratuity to retired Heads of Local Government Administration in the state and also for approving an upward review of salary of serving Heads of the local government administration in all the Local Government Councils and Local Council Development Areas.
