As Nigerian's celebrate the yuletide season, the Federal Road Safety Commission has devised a strategy to put a stop tonthe incessant road accident which has plaqued the Lagos-Ibadan expressway. The strategy which is out of this world and quite commendable was captured in a 4mins video recorded by a road user, who also revealed that the FRSC also had a surveillance camera deployed to capture every scene as it unfolded on the ever busy expressway.
