The Secretary to Oyo State Government, Professor Olanike Adeyemo FAS FTWAS has said, the present administration would provide an enabling environment for Institutions of higher learning to thrive in the State. She made this known during a courtesy visit paid by the Department of Veterinary Public Health and Preventive Medicine, University of Ibadan at the SSG's Office, Secretariat, Ibadan. She said the State Government would continue to engage University experts in various fields of learning to contribute their quota to the development of the State.
