TRIBUTE TO HONOR A GREAT LEADER, SIR FESTUS OLAPADE AJALA ADELABU || PROFESSOR ADEYEMI RAZAQ (Shoe & Bag)

HIS EFFORT TO DEVELOP ISEYIN LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF OYO STATE,

He is a native of lseyin from Atoogun Compound, Malete Area of Iseyin.

The Chief of Malete usually comes from their compound (Atoogun).

Sir. Festus Adelabu is an icon that believes that if you want to develop a nation, you have to develop the people to make up the Nation.

He influenced employment of many people in his life time to NNPC, Federal Ministries & State Ministries.

He has many investments in Iseyin like Corner Petrol Station, Corner Standard Hotel which is still evergreen.

Those people who gave him the Title of "ASIWAJU" did not make any mistake, because Baba is truly Asiwaju, base on his love and interest to people of his hometown (lseyin).

Baba Festus Adelabu emulated the lifestyle of his father, Pa Y.A Adelabu Akanbi of No. 33 Daddy Alaja Street, Oke-Arin, Lagos.

He use to accommodate people of Iseyin and Oke-Ogun in general that travel to Lagos without collecting a Kobo from them.

I also remember our father(s), Alhaji Abdul Kareem Eyinade Adedamola Aremo (The Saraki Adeen ilu Koso), Adebisi family, Alhaji Agaara and Baba Salaudeen (Koso) who brought Arabic School to Malete then.

They all laid a very good legacy.

We use this medium to appeal to all the childrens’ of Baba Festus Adelabu to please remember their source and their home town (Iseyin).

Lastly, he has sowed seeds of love and wisdom here on earth that will continue to blossom forever.

We pray that may Baba's soul rest in perfect peace and may his good work continue to speak for him.

The Almighty Lord will protect the families he left behind. (Amen).
