The dust over who takes charge as Post Master General of the federation has finally settled as Tola Odeyemi few minutes ago returned to the headquarters of the nations postal agency and addressed management and staff of the agency.
Subsequently, she went into closed door meeting with top management staff and the meeting is still ongoing as at press time.
It will be recalled that controversy has earlier trailed the leadership of NIPOST shortly after the government announced the appointment Odeyemi as the new Post Master General, Sunday Adeyemi Adepoju, the erstwhile Post Master General re-appeared at the headquarters of NIPOST and was seen in the midst of staff members celebrating his re-instatement by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Earlier today, the duo of Adepoju and Odeyemi resumed at the NIPOST headquarters which led to a deadlock and subsequent protest by members of staff of the agency showing their support and solidarity for Adepoju, while Odeyemi was booed and asked to leave by the workers until few hours later when Adepoju was seen exiting the premises of the agency and Tola Odeyemi returned and took over finally.
