Dateline was Boxing day, Tuesday, 26th December, 2023 and all roads lead to IKOYI, in Victoria Island area of Lagos state.

The core of the Tinubu Boy's converged to celebrate with one of their own, the Executive Chairman of Nigeria's Federal Inland Revenue Service, Zacccheus ADELABU as he chose that day to dedicate his new IKOYI MANSION.

The multi million dollar, all white, expansive mansion, which is a stone throw, from the Ikoyi roundabout mansion of the late Olori Omooba Akile Ijebu, Otunba Subomi Balogun, had its gates officially thrown open to close knit, carefully selected friends and admirers of the Adelabu family, with choice champagne flowing freely at the shindig.

Inside sources at the exclusive party revealed that, A-List guests in attendance include, Lagos state Governor, Babajide Sanwo-olu, FCT Minister, Nyesome Wike, Principal Private Secretary to Mr President, Hakeem Muri-Okunola, among others were in attendance.

Similarly, come 31st December, 2023, another Pre-New year party will hold in the native home town of the Federal Inland Revenue Service chairman at Iwo-Ate, in Surulere local government area of Ogbomoso, in Oyo state which sources from close quarters believe is a subtle ground wetting strategy, towards the decade long Governorship ambition of Dr. Zacccheus Adelabu.


It will be recalled that Adelabu was appointed Executive Chairman of Federal Internal Revenue Service in September, 2023 and also recently obtained his PhD in Publice Finance from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
