FIRST BANK OPERATIONS DOWN IN EKITI STATE

Customers of First Bank in Ekiti State are currently finding it difficult to make any transaction in Ekiti state.

This development which is as a result of network failure on the part of the bank has left many customers stranded.

The ugly situation started on Tuesday and reports has it that First Bank has not been able to resolve the situation.

As at the time of this report, a visit to the First Bank Head Office in Okeyimi area of Ado Ekiti revealed, large numbers of customers were disallowed from gaining access into the bank premises because there is no network to attend to their transactions.

Efforts were made to speak with the officials of the Bank but the security officers denied our reporter entry saying it is a directive that no one should be allowed in.
