C.A.C VICTORY CENTER WITNESSES MAMMOTH CROWD AS KEHINDE MARRIES OLUMIDE AKINLOYE AMID POMP'S AND PAGEANTRY

It was a cream of who is who at the Christ Apostolic Centre, Akingbade, Gbagi, Ibadan, during a solemnization of Holy Matrimony between Doctor Kehinde Lydia and Mr Olumide Akinloye

The bride is the daughter of Pastor (Dr.) Stephen Ajayi, the immediate past Co-ordinator Of C.A.C Theological Seminary, Ile-Ife, Ibadan Study Center, Aperin-oniyere, Orita Aperin Ibadan.

Delivering his sermon at the wedding service, attended by C.A.C President, Nigeria and Overseas, Pastor Samuel Olusegun Oladele represented by the Director of Finance, Pastor J. F Omitinde, the Guest Preacher, Pastor John Oluwatowoju, anchored his sermon on Building a joyful Christian home, admonished the couple to lay the foundation of their home on Jesus Christ the eternal rock of ages .

The cleric called on the husband to always take proper care of his wife as a weaker vessel, urging the wife to respect her husband and study him intimately and adapt to what will always please him .

He told Olumide to see Lydia as the bone of his bones, nurture, cater for and protect her.

Pastor Oluwatowoju told the new couple to see themselves as one indivisible entity whose companionship must be solid and withstand any challenges of life .

He told them not to allow third  parties in their union but take their cases to God in prayer since marriage is institutionalized by God himself.

The father of the bride Pastor Stephen Oluwatoyin Ajayi  in his remarks appreciated the authorities of Christ Apostolic Church under Pastor Samuel  Olusegun Oladele  for honouring the wedding invitation thanking them for their love.

The Wedding Certificate was presented to the new Couple by the C.A.C Director of Finance, Pastor Johnson Omitinde on behalf of the C.A.C. authorities led by Pastor Samuel Olusegun Oladele.

The event was witnessed by eminent personalities from Oyo, Ekiti, Kogi State and beyond Nigeria, while guests were entertained at a private event centre at Abayomi Estate, Old Ife road, Ibadan.

BETTA EDU: EFCC RECOVERS 30 BILLION NAIRA

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has so far recovered 30 Billion naira for the Federal Government while it has also placed 50 bank accounts under investigation in the ongoing probe of the suspended Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Betta Edu, including the erstwhile chief executive officer of the now suspended National Social Investment Programme Authority (NSIPA), Halima Shehu. Both Edu and Shehu were suspended about three months ago by President Bola Tinubu over alleged financial malfeasance.  The President also suspended Social Investment Programme and, thereafter, asked the EFCC to take over the case and probe both embattled officials including anyone involved. NIGERIAN LAW SCHOOL TO CLEAR BACKLOG OF ADMISSION

  The management of Nigerian Law school has been given the go-ahead to clear the back log of admission for qualified law graduates who are yet to be admitted for the mandatory one year training Programme for legal practitioners in Nigeria. This decisions formed part of the resolution of the Council for Legal Education at it's just concluded council meeting. The council announced the commencement of a Mid-Year Academic Session for the 2024/2025 academic calendar by May to address the backlog of law graduates resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic and the Industrial action by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).  According to the council, this session is however not open to universities that exceeded their approved admission quotas.
