OYO: JUSTICE ADEGBOYEGA GBOLAGUNTE IS DEAD

  Hon. Justice Adegboye Ayinla Gbolagunte of High Court of Justice Oyo State is dead. Family Source said he passed on at 11 am on Monday 24 June 2024 during a protracted illness. He was aged 64. The late Justice Gbolagunte was one of the sons of late Chief Davidson Mokolade Gbolagunte, who was an elected UPN member for Ibarapa I Constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly and became the Speaker . He is survived by his aged mother, wife, children, brothers and sisters. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

2026 NBA PRESIDENCY: OLANIPEKUN, AKINTOLA URGE SW MEMBERS TO VOTE OSUN CANDIDATE

AJAYI CROWTHER VARSITY COUNCIL ASSURES JUSTICE FOR RAPE ALLEGATION VICTIM

The Governing Council of Ajayi Crowther University has assured that the institution will ensure justice for the female student of the institution who was allegedly raped by two vigilance employees of the school on Thursday. A statement signed by the university registrar and secretary of the council, Dr Jadesola Babatola, said the council also condemned the act, while commending the management for taking prompt step to address the allegation and added that the university would cooperate with the police in their investigation.
