ALAO-AKALA'S ESTATE: PROCURED LETTER OF ADMINISTRATION, IS PEJURY INVOLVED?

As the controversy trailing the demise of the former Governor of Oyo state, Otunba Christopher Adebayo Alao-Akala continues less than two years after his death, an infringement of the law might have been alledgedly committed in the quest to inherit the multi Billion naira estate of the deceased former governor. The scenario above, is connected to the administration of the vast estate of the deceased Alao-Akala who died INTESTATE on the 12th of January, 2022 at the age of 72. Findings revealed that a Letter of Administration was obtained by the duo of KEMI ALAO-AKALA and OLAMIDE ALAO-AKALA from the probate registry of the Oyo state high court, Ring road Ibadan, without the consent of either the eldest surviving child of the deceased former Governor, TOYIN or other children. OYO HoS TASK ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH OFFICERS ON OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE

  The State Head of Service, Mrs Olubunmi Oni, has charged Environmental Health Officers in the State to perform their duties optimally. She stated this while hosting the executive members of the association on a courtesy visit at her office, Secretariat, Ibadan. She mandated members of the association to work relentlessly across the metropolis to ensure a filth-free state. The Head of Service enjoined the officers to let their impact be felt in the market. Community and other public places to ensure that the State has a cleaner environment, hinting that, that is their most primary assignment. She said ''let ur impact be felt in the market, community and other public places". ONDO DEPUTY GOVERNOR DISMISS IMPEACHMENT RUMOUR

  Ondo state Deputy Governor, Lucky Ayedatiwa has dispelled rumours of his being served impeachment notice by the state House of Assembly. Mr Ayedatiwa in a letter personally signed by him said, he has not received any correspondence of such nature from any quarters thereby allaying fears from several quarters that the state assembly has invited him for questions on allegations of gross misconduct. $4 MILLION DOLLAR LOSS, ADELABU ALLEDGES ELECTRICITY WORKERS OF SABOTAGE, CONSPIRACY

The Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, has stated that likely sabotage by some electricity workers caused a fire outbreak that destroyed three transformers worth $4 million at the sub-regional switchyard of the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) in Birnin-Kebbi, Kebbi State. This comes as he warned electricity staff against vandalizing the national grid while embarking on industrial action. BAYO ADELABU'S NATIONAL GRID SUFFERS COLLAPSE AGAIN, 3RD TIME IN ONE WEEK

For the third time in less than one week, Nigerians have been thrown into darkness as the national electricity grid has collapsed again. Reports from multiple sources disclosed that power generation dropped from a peak of 3,594.60 megawatts (MW) at about 1am tuesday morning to a meagre 42.7MW. Delta Power plant was active on the grid with 41.00MW only as at 12noon while Afam had 1.7MW. It will be recalled that barely one week ago, the National grid collapsed twice within a space of less than 24 hours leaving the nation in total darkness.
